Who we are

You must be an adaptive communicator, able to effectively tailor your message to everyone from junior officers and enlisted members to general officers and C-suite executives.

Exceptional problem-solving skills in unstructured environments, demonstrating the creativity and critical thinking necessary to "do what it takes" to ensure every customer relationship is a success.
Proven ability to understand user critical questions, identify pain points, and optimize product usage; history of collaborating effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to establish, prioritize, nurture, and grow relationships with Department of Defense partners with a high degree of independence.
Experience in leading contract, exercise, and demo preparation and execution, and translating field observations into actionable product insights.
Active or eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
Ability to travel 50 – 75% depending on project and client needs.
Low ego, focused on team success, delivering impactful outcomes, and passionately solving mission challenges for our partners.
Preferred Qualifications

Deep market insights within the Defense and Intelligence sectors, particularly in areas such as Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2), intelligence, and tactical communications.
